Mark Bradford

Chairman, Sub-Saharan Africa

    Mark Bradford is the Chairman of JLL’s Sub-Saharan Africa business and is responsible for business development in 19 countries across the region. He is focussed on the development of capability and delivery of services in capital markets, occupier solutions, research, strategic consulting, facilities management and hotels & hospitality. Mark has over 30 years experience in the commercial property market, focusing on occupier solutions, real estate investment and trading, research and business development.

    Joining JLL in 2011, Mark was previously head of Bradford McCormack & associates, a South African real estate advisory business which he co-founded. The business was involved in some of South Africa’s most significant capital market and leasing transactions and is broadly recognised as having pioneered occupier service lines in South Africa. He is a graduate of the University of the Witswatersrand.
