Simon heads up Strategic Consulting for JLL Sub-Saharan Africa, the team provide strategic advice and real estate development solutions including real estate related market assessments, development advisory and financial and investment analyses for projects across the African continent. Together with his team, Simon provides strategic advisory services to private and institutional investors, developers, financiers, owners and occupiers.

Simon holds a Master Degree in Management from EDHEC Business School in France with a specialization in Real Estate Management from the European Business School in Frankfurt, Germany. He also holds certificates in Real Estate Valuation, Investment Management and Property Funding from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors institution and he is an accredited RICS member. Having worked on several major real estate projects for various developers and investors. Simon has extensive experience in the field of Real Estate Strategic Consulting.
